What you'll do Be responsible for monitoring trading risks based on the MT5 platform, tracking the overall risk exposure of the platform and the trading situations of customers. Participate in formulating and optimizing the customer diversion strategies for A-book/B-book, and analyze and classify customer trading behaviors. Monitor abnormal trading behaviors, such as arbitrage trading and high-frequency abnormal trading, and propose corresponding risk control strategies. Cooperate with the trading floor to manage risks, monitor market fluctuations caused by major market events (such as the release of US non-farm employment data). Responsibilities

• Be responsible for monitoring trading risks based on the MT5 platform, tracking the overall risk exposure of the platform and the trading situations of customers.
• Participate in formulating and optimizing the customer diversion strategies for A-book/B-book, and analyze and classify customer trading behaviors.
• Monitor abnormal trading behaviors, such as arbitrage trading and high-frequency abnormal trading, and propose corresponding risk control strategies.
• Cooperate with the trading floor to manage risks, monitor market fluctuations caused by major market events (such as the release of US non-farm employment data).
• Conduct analysis based on trading data, and continuously optimize trading risk control strategies and risk monitoring indicators.

Requirements

• Familiar with the foreign exchange or derivatives trading market, and having experience with MT5 or MetaTrader 4 is preferred.
• Understand the A-book/B-book model and the basic logic of foreign exchange OTC trading.
• Have basic data analysis skills (such as Excel/SQL).
• Have clear logic, strong risk awareness, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Candidates with experience in foreign exchange brokers, CFD platforms or digital asset exchanges are preferred.
