What you'll do Design and develop brand assets, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual guidelines that reinforce a consistent brand identity. Create marketing and communication materials such as banners, social media creatives, pitch decks, infographics, event collateral, and campaign visuals. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver design solutions that engage users and align with business objectives. Translate complex ideas—especially within cryptocurrency, Web3, and digital finance—into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics. Maintain high standards of visual design and ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all creative outputs. Responsibilities

• Design and develop brand assets, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual guidelines that reinforce a consistent brand identity.
• Create marketing and communication materials such as banners, social media creatives, pitch decks, infographics, event collateral, and campaign visuals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver design solutions that engage users and align with business objectives.
• Translate complex ideas—especially within cryptocurrency, Web3, and digital finance—into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics.
• Maintain high standards of visual design and ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all creative outputs.
• Use design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) to produce high-quality deliverables optimized for both digital and print usage.
• Research design trends and emerging creative approaches, bringing fresh and innovative ideas into projects.
• Manage multiple design requests in a fast-moving environment while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in design or related field, with 3+ years of brand design experience;
• Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma;
• Strong aesthetic sense and excellent color control ability;
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced and remote team work environment;
• Passionate about cryptocurrency, Web3, and the future of digital finance.
• Experience in advertising agencies and strong English skills are preferred.
