What you'll do Develop Spot Market Growth Strategies for Panorama Exchange: Design strategies for user growth, trading volume, and asset accumulation enhancement from the perspective of spot market business; be responsible for core indicators of spot market growth and continuously optimize the core position of the spot market segment within the Panorama Exchange ecosystem. Operate Trading Activities: Independently plan and implement various trading activity operations; design activity rules, reward mechanisms, and risk control strategies to ensure that activity ROI and user participation meet targets. Responsibilities

• Operate Trading Activities: Independently plan and implement various trading activity operations; design activity rules, reward mechanisms, and risk control strategies to ensure that activity ROI and user participation meet targets.
• Spot-related financial product innovation and implementation: Leveraging the characteristics of traditional financial assets (stocks, bonds, etc.), drive the improvement of core metrics (trading volume/capital accumulation) for RWA (Real World Assets) on the spot side.

Requirements

• Product innovation and implementation capabilities: Experience in innovating and implementing financial products from scratch, having fully participated in the launch of trading pairs, the design of wealth management products, or RWA projects; familiar with the entire lifecycle management of financial products.
• High Data Sensitivity: Proficient in using various tools for data extraction and analysis to support business growth.
