What you'll do Own the day-to-day operations of the card business, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient service delivery. Manage relationships with issuers, card processors, payment partners, and other external stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence. Design and optimize the end-to-end user lifecycle funnel, including application, activation, card usage,retention, and re-engagement, to drive card adoption and transaction volume Establish and monitor key operational and growth metrics, conduct data analysis, identify opportunities andrisks, and implement actionable improvement plans Continuously improve customer experience and operational processes to enhance efficiency and usersatisfaction.omlaa Work closely

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the card business, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient service delivery.
• Manage relationships with issuers, card processors, payment partners, and other external stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end user lifecycle funnel, including application, activation, card usage,retention, and re-engagement, to drive card adoption and transaction volume
• Establish and monitor key operational and growth metrics, conduct data analysis, identify opportunities andrisks, and implement actionable improvement plans
• Continuously improve customer experience and operational processes to enhance efficiency and usersatisfaction.omlaa
• Work closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Customer Support, Marketing, and other internalteams to launch new card features, execute campaigns, and achieve business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor developments, and regulatory changes, providing insights tosupport product and growth strategiesJao

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in card issuing, payments, fintech, digital banking, crypto, or related financial servicesindustries.
• Strong understanding of Visa and Mastercard issuing ecosystems, payment rails, and card operationsprocesses.
• Proven experience in Card Operations, Payment Operations, Growth Operations, or related functions, with atrack record of independently driving projects from planning to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drivebusiness growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Growth-oriented mindset with hands-on experience in user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention,and lifecycle management.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
