What you'll do Review monthly financial reporting packages submitted by local entities to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and US GAAP/IFRS. Lead the end-to-end consolidation process for a complex multi-entity structure, including the elimination of intercompany crypto/fiat balances and transactions. Oversee the bridge between local statutory books and group reporting standards (IFRS/US GAAP). Manage the translation of international subsidiary financials, including the calculation of CTA (Cumulative Translation Adjustment) and FX gain/loss analysis. Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial reporting packages submitted by local entities to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and US GAAP/IFRS.
• Lead the end-to-end consolidation process for a complex multi-entity structure, including the elimination of intercompany crypto/fiat balances and transactions.
• Oversee the bridge between local statutory books and group reporting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
• Manage the translation of international subsidiary financials, including the calculation of CTA (Cumulative Translation Adjustment) and FX gain/loss analysis.
• Review and aggregate global digital asset holdings across all entity wallets and cold storage, ensuring group-wide valuation accuracy.
• Support the filing process by managing the aggregation of historical financial data and preparing consolidated footnotes for authorities review.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting or audit role.
• Proven track record in reviewing and validating financial reports with diverse geographical regions.
• Expert-level knowledge of consolidation accounting (ASC 810 / IFRS 10).
• Direct experience preparing or reviewing consolidated financial statements for IPO.
• Strong technical ability to review books prepared under both IFRS and US GAAP to ensure group-level consistency.
• Proficiency in consolidation systems (e.g., OneStream, Oracle FCCS) and advanced Excel for complex reconciliations.
