Analyze execution and trading data, evaluate the profit and loss performance of the strategies, and promptly iterate and improve the strategies. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business and strategic teams to deeply understand the requirements, develop high-performance and high-quality trading strategy codes, and conduct backtesting.
• Analyze execution and trading data, evaluate the profit and loss performance of the strategies, and promptly iterate and improve the strategies.
• Maintain the stability of the production environment quantitative trading system, be responsible for daily operations, monitoring, incident response, and continuous system upgrades.
• Explore and optimize underlying system components, including network communication, concurrency, serialization, delay reduction, and overall runtime performance.
• Participate in the formulation of the team's long-term technical roadmap, contribute to the architecture evolution, and help promote the entire organization to adopt the best engineering practices.

Requirements

• Computer science, statistics, mathematics, artificial intelligence majors.
• More than 3 years of experience in quantitative strategy development, cryptocurrency trading, stocks, futures, options or market-making systems.
• Understanding of high-frequency trading systems, matching engines, hedging, execution systems and low-latency infrastructure.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, Rust, etc., passionate about performance tuning, particularly focusing on latency, throughput, memory usage and system efficiency.
• Solid computer fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networks, concurrency, I/O and multithreading.
• Curious about deep technical optimization. Able to thoroughly investigate problems through debugging, benchmarking and root cause analysis, proficient in reading English documents and open-source code.
• Have practical experience in AI Coding, multi-agent workflow, and a deep understanding of context.
