Incorporate crypto-specific metrics (e.g., trading volume trends, API integrations, and tokenomics) into institutional-grade forecasts. Establish public-market-ready rolling forecasts and quarterly earnings guidance frameworks. Lead the company’s valuation modeling in alignment with US capital market standards. Provide analytical support for the IPO filing, focusing on the Prospectus Summary and financial disclosures. Conduct sensitivity and stress-test analyses to address crypto-specific risks (e.g., price volatility, regulatory shifts). Partner with the Finance Operations team to extract high-quality data without interfering in daily operatio

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated, multi-scenario long-range financial models.
• Incorporate crypto-specific metrics (e.g., trading volume trends, API integrations, and tokenomics) into institutional-grade forecasts.
• Establish public-market-ready rolling forecasts and quarterly earnings guidance frameworks.
• Lead the company’s valuation modeling in alignment with US capital market standards.
• Provide analytical support for the IPO filing, focusing on the Prospectus Summary and financial disclosures.
• Conduct sensitivity and stress-test analyses to address crypto-specific risks (e.g., price volatility, regulatory shifts).
• Partner with the Finance Operations team to extract high-quality data without interfering in daily operational costing workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience, with a proven track record of leading US IPO preparations or executing significant capital market transactions.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and US SEC reporting requirements.
• Understanding of the crypto/digital asset landscape, including market infrastructure, regulatory nuances, and unique valuation drivers.
• Ability to translate complex financial and crypto-native data into actionable insights.
