What you'll do Develop and execute a comprehensive global investment strategy for the group. Design and maintain a robust investment governance framework, including the drafting and enforcement of the Global Investment Policy. Lead the strategic allocation of corporate treasury, managing the portfolio across money market instruments, fixed income, etc. Serve as the primary lead for institutional banking and custodial relationships, managing partnerships with global Tier-1 banks, OTC desks, and prime brokers. Lead the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS). Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global investment strategy for the group.
• Design and maintain a robust investment governance framework, including the drafting and enforcement of the Global Investment Policy.
• Lead the strategic allocation of corporate treasury, managing the portfolio across money market instruments, fixed income, etc.
• Serve as the primary lead for institutional banking and custodial relationships, managing partnerships with global Tier-1 banks, OTC desks, and prime brokers.
• Lead the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS).

Requirements

• 12+ years of treasury investment or asset management experience, with a significant focus on global corporate treasury or high-growth fintech environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of liquidity management and capital markets, specifically within multi-currency and cross-border structures.
• Proven experience in managing treasury workstreams for IPO readiness, including the implementation of SOX-compliant investment controls.
• Significant tenure within a Tier-1 Global Bank, with deep experience in fixed-income or alternative investments.
• Experience in digital asset treasury operations is an advantage.
