What you'll do This is a combined role that will take up both the information security and technology management functions. The primary areas of responsibility of the CISO will be: promoting security awareness; creating and maintaining information security policies and escalation procedures, monitoring and analysing security alerts and access to restricted areas and confidential; data; ensuring that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested; maintaining a current understanding of the IT threat landscape for the industry, including applicable regulations; scheduling and performing periodic security audits; briefing the executive team on status and risks. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus. Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including at least 3-5 years specifically in information security and 3-5 years in a CTO or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing technology teams and implementing robust security programs, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Experience in designing and implementing IT architecture for electronic money or payment services is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in API development and integration, particularly in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Web3 technologies, including wallet development, integration, and security best practices, is required.
• Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and security.
