The Finance Manager will oversee all financial, accounting, and tax-related activities for the company’s EU entity. This role ensures compliance with local statutory requirements, supports business operations, and provides accurate financial reporting to regional and global management. The Finance Manager will act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. What you'll do 1. Responsibilities

• 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes for the EU entity.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate with group finance on consolidation and intercompany transactions.

Requirements

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and tax, ideally within an EU jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP
• Solid understanding of EU VAT, corporate income tax, and cross-border tax regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across regions.
