What you'll do Product iteration: Benchmarking top contract exchanges, collaborating with product and R & D teams to optimize contract trading products, identifying product shortcomings and promoting implementation to improve user experience and competitiveness. Demand insight: Regularly conduct competing product research and user interviews, output feasible product and operational suggestions, XFN promotes the solution of core pain points. User growth: Operate retail and professional traders in layers, design differentiated incentive and activity plans, and improve contract user engagement rate and transaction scale. Collaborate with the risk control team to assist in designing and optimizing risk control strategies. What you'll need

Responsibilities

• Product iteration: Benchmarking top contract exchanges, collaborating with product and R & D teams to optimize contract trading products, identifying product shortcomings and promoting implementation to improve user experience and competitiveness.
• Demand insight: Regularly conduct competing product research and user interviews, output feasible product and operational suggestions, XFN promotes the solution of core pain points.
• User growth: Operate retail and professional traders in layers, design differentiated incentive and activity plans, and improve contract user engagement rate and transaction scale.
• Collaborate with the risk control team to assist in designing and optimizing risk control strategies.

Requirements

• More than 3 years experience in mainstream exchange operation or product position.
• Deeply understand the logic of contract trading, be familiar with margin mechanism, funding rate, clearing rules and arbitrage, hedging and other strategies.
• Familiarize yourself with the portraits and demand points of various contract traders.
• Have the ability to analyze data, and be able to find problems and drive decisions from transaction data.
• English can be given priority as a daily working language.
