What you'll do Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for a complex, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdictional corporate structure. Review financial reporting packages from regional finance teams to ensure compliance with group accounting policies. Identify and quantify the differences of the group's financials in IFRS and US GAAP, and prepare the GAAP bridge documentation accordingly. Liasie with group external auditor in managing the annual audit process. Collaborate closely with legal counsel, business and regional finance teams. Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for a complex, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdictional corporate structure.
• Review financial reporting packages from regional finance teams to ensure compliance with group accounting policies.
• Identify and quantify the differences of the group's financials in IFRS and US GAAP, and prepare the GAAP bridge documentation accordingly.
• Liasie with group external auditor in managing the annual audit process.
• Collaborate closely with legal counsel, business and regional finance teams.
• Work together with the system team to design, implement, and optimize an automated group consolidation system and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Support management in ad hoc strategic initiatives (e.g., capital structuring, fundraising).

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CPA, AICPA, ACA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience in financial accounting (Big 4 or US-listed companies experience is highly beneficial).
• Solid knowledge of IFRS is required (understanding of US GAAP is a big plus).
• Proven ability to manage group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Experience and knowledge of fintech, Web3, digital assets, start-up, SEC reporting, audit, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) are advantageous.
• Proactive, energetic and hands-on problem solver who can work both independently and in a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
