What you’ll do Market & Demand Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to map and analyze local user behaviors and channel requirements. UEX Framework Building: Help establish and structure the local UEX cognitive framework for a completely new business model. Actionable Insights: Propose localized event, campaign, and activity suggestions based on field data. Fieldwork & User Engagement: Conduct extensive on-the-ground interviews, site visits, and deep-dive interactions with local user groups. What you'll need Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university in the local or target market; master’s degree preferred. • Ability to extract key insights from large amounts of fragmented information and turn them into clear conclusions.
• Highly self-driven and able to push tasks forward independently.
