What You’ll Do Oversee VIP customer operations and manage high net value client relationships Monitor and analyze major customer transaction data and asset accumulation Track new VIP customer onboarding and ongoing account activity Provide one-to-one, customized services for high-level customers Match products and services based on individual customer needs Proactively offer trading strategies and follow through on execution Maintain strong engagement with key VIP clients What You’ll Need At least 2-3 years of experience in VIP or key account customer management Experience in exchange platforms or Web3 VIP operations preferred Ability to analyze transaction and asset data for major customers Proficiency in Korean and English or Chinese
