What you'll do RWA Business Line Coordination and Execution Responsible for the full lifecycle management of multiple RWA-related business lines, covering project initiation, institutional onboarding, product launch, and post-launch operations. Developed key milestones and execution plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery across all business streams. Responsibilities

• RWA Business Line Coordination and Execution
• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of multiple RWA-related business lines, covering project initiation, institutional onboarding, product launch, and post-launch operations. Developed key milestones and execution plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery across all business streams.
• Internal and External Resource Coordination and Implementation
• Operational Strategy Development and Continuous Optimization
• Continuously optimized product features, trading processes, and user experience based on business data and user feedback. Collaborated with relevant teams to improve fiat deposit and withdrawal channels, lower user adoption barriers, and enhance overall conversion and retention.
• Risk Management and Cross-Functional Communication
• Identified compliance, business, and collaboration risks throughout project execution. Led cross-functional communication and problem-solving efforts, while developing reusable project management mechanisms and partnership templates to improve overall execution efficiency.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience. Experience in RWA（Real World Assets）, securities brokerage/financial services, or Web3 institutional business is required.
• Institutional / B2B Expertise:Extensive experience in institutional negotiations, with the ability to independently interface with licensed securities brokers and compliant custodians. Familiarity with KYC（Know Your Customer）and AML（Anti-Money Laundering）processes is required.
• User-Facing / B2C Mindset:Strong expertise in user operations, with the ability to continuously optimize product experience based on data analysis.
• Project Management Capability:Strong cross-functional execution and coordination skills, with the ability to work with product, R&D, compliance, finance, and other teams to drive project progress and ensure successful implementation.
• Soft Skills:Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and capable of defining clear paths and driving execution in uncertain or ambiguous environments.
