What you'll do Assist the regional lead in supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business team Develop a thorough understanding of company products, systems, and business line workflows Provide backend support for the daily needs of business development and KOL teams Prepare and organize daily, weekly, and monthly meeting minutes and data reports Coordinate onboarding product training, operations alignment, and product feedback for business team members Liaise across departments to ensure all business support needs are addressed effectively Record, calculate, and reconcile business expenditures accurately What you'll need Fluent in Korean, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken) Meticulous, grounded, and strong

Responsibilities

• Assist the regional lead in supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business team
• Develop a thorough understanding of company products, systems, and business line workflows
• Provide backend support for the daily needs of business development and KOL teams
• Prepare and organize daily, weekly, and monthly meeting minutes and data reports
• Coordinate onboarding product training, operations alignment, and product feedback for business team members
• Liaise across departments to ensure all business support needs are addressed effectively
• Record, calculate, and reconcile business expenditures accurately

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken)
• Meticulous, grounded, and strong logical thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel — pivot tables, filters, and basic formulas
• Malaysian nationality required
