What you'll do Responsible for product planning, requirements analysis, feature design, and iterative optimization of the AI translation platform Deep understanding of translation and localization workflows; leverage business pain points to enhance platform capabilities and improve translation efficiency and quality Collaborate with AI/algorithm teams to continuously improve AI translation capabilities, including translation quality, terminology consistency, language style, upper/lower context comprehension, and multilingual adaptation Work closely with the R&D team on requirements review, development scheduling, launch acceptance, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality project delivery Establish and refine user feedback mechanisms

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product planning, requirements analysis, feature design, and iterative optimization of the AI translation platform
• Deep understanding of translation and localization workflows; leverage business pain points to enhance platform capabilities and improve translation efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with AI/algorithm teams to continuously improve AI translation capabilities, including translation quality, terminology consistency, language style, upper/lower context comprehension, and multilingual adaptation
• Work closely with the R&D team on requirements review, development scheduling, launch acceptance, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Establish and refine user feedback mechanisms to drive continuous optimization of translation quality
• Produce PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and other product documentation to ensure alignment between business requirements, product solutions, and technical implementation

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience; candidates with AI product or translation platform experience preferred; fluent in English with no communication barriers
• Familiarity with translation, localization, and AI; proficiency in localization workflows, terminology management, translation memory, machine translation, large language models, and Prompt-related concepts
• Excellent cross-team communication, project coordination, and conflict resolution skills; ability to coordinate multilingual, R&D, and algorithm teams for efficient collaboration
• Strong product owner mindset and independent decision-making ability; capable of driving decisions based on business value, user experience, and technical feasibility
