What you'll do Independently handle video design, editing, animation, and post-production based on creative briefs. Participate in early-stage creative discussions and storyboard development to ensure alignment with creative goals. Leverage AI video tools to improve production efficiency and visual quality. Collaborate closely with the Video Production Manager to deliver high-quality content on schedule. Responsibilities

• Independently handle video design, editing, animation, and post-production based on creative briefs.
• Participate in early-stage creative discussions and storyboard development to ensure alignment with creative goals.
• Leverage AI video tools to improve production efficiency and visual quality.
• Collaborate closely with the Video Production Manager to deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Requirements

• Professional video editing skills
• Proficient in mainstream editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; able to independently manage the full workflow from footage organization to final export.
• Proficiency with AI video tools
• Able to flexibly select and combine AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Seedance, Runway, Kling) based on project needs; strong in prompt engineering and style control.
• Strong sense of pacing and rhythm
• Strong intuition for rhythm and narrative structure; able to create a smooth and engaging viewing experience through editing, music, sound design, and transitions.
• Excellent visual aesthetics
• Deep understanding of color, composition, lighting, and typography; capable of consistently delivering visually polished work.
