Deep collaboration: not just giving creatives, but also "playing" with brokers. Responsibilities

• Broker cooperation expansion and management
• Design and optimize Broker/IB program (profit sharing/rebate/CPA/tiered mechanism, risk control and compliance terms)
• Resource Conversion: Utilize your network in the industry to directly communicate with top overseas brokers and trading community founders, and quickly complete the source search and launch.
• Deep collaboration: not just giving creatives, but also "playing" with brokers. Plan activities that traders are truly interested in, such as gambling competitions, follow-up trading strategies, online trading review AMA, etc.
• Going concern accounts and channels: monthly business review, rebate verification, compliance advocacy, retention and incremental planning
• Community and KOL/Trader BD
• Connect with overseas Web3 trading communities, quantitative/institutional/Prop/KOL resources, promote joint activities, AMA, and trading competitions
• Responsible for BD interfaces related to WeChat community matrix and TG/Discord community cooperation, coordinating community/operation landing

Requirements

• 1 year or more experience in BD/channel/ecosystem cooperation, Web3/Crypto/trading platform or brokerage/broker/IB related background is preferred, those with pure ToB sales background should be cautious.
• Possess the ability to reach overseas circles, and have accessible Web3 trading communities, KOLs, Brokers/IBs, or quantitative/institutional resources
• Deeply understand the profit model of CEX/DEX, have practical experience or unique insights into contracts, funding rates, slippage, trading depth, and copy trading systems. Able to design cooperation plans from the perspective of a trader.
• Strong negotiation and project promotion capabilities: scheme design, business terms, contract promotion, implementation landing and review
• Data-driven: Familiar with channel attribution and ROI analysis, able to drive growth with metrics
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stress resistance, adaptable to business travel and cross-time zone collaboration
• Language: Fluent English is the foundation, able to chat with traders of different skin colors across time zones. Accept global travel, wherever there are traders, that is your battlefield.
