IT Department Lead

Description

Own Nethermind's entire Internal IT Department (Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Security, IAM, FinOps). Critical role at a leading Ethereum infrastructure company.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform, security and infrastructure for the whole company
• Drive strategy alongside CIO
• Manage team performance and tooling (including AI workflows)

Requirements

• 5+ years leading IT / platform engineering teams
• Strong cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps/SRE experience
• Hands-on with security, IAM and compliance (SOC2, ISO)

Nice to have

• Web3 / blockchain ecosystem experience
