Description

Lead Monad's growth and ecosystem initiatives in Japan. Build relationships with developers, projects, institutions and the local crypto community.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Japan-specific growth strategy
  • Partner with local teams, VCs, and projects
  • Represent Monad at events and drive developer adoption

Requirements

  • Deep network and experience in the Japanese crypto / tech scene
  • Strong communication and business development skills
  • Track record of growing ecosystems or communities

Nice to have

  • Japanese language fluency; previous protocol or L1 ecosystem experience
