Description

Lead initiatives to grow and support a vibrant community of developers, partners, and users for Arbitrum. Drive adoption across DeFi, Gaming, AI and consumer verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute ecosystem growth strategy
  • Build partnerships and programs for key verticals
  • Work closely with foundation, delegates and projects

Requirements

  • 10+ years in ecosystem, BD or growth in blockchain/tech
  • Strong network in Ethereum and L2 ecosystems
  • Proven track record scaling developer and user adoption

Nice to have

  • Previous work at major L2 or Ethereum foundation teams
